He explains, to prevent unwanted things, there must be Jakarta One card. Through this card, people who cannot shop can be known properly. The market operation in the RPTRA can also hold regional inflation of basic commodities.

He assessed, the market operation is centered in the flat and the RPTRA thus it can be right on target. In both locations, there are many middle-lower class people. Mostly they have Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and flat card identity.

If the market operation is held in the market, the stall owner would order his/her men to shop. By purchasing card system, either the stall owner or his/her men cannot buy staples in the market operation.
